It began with a passion to grasp the vast opportunities that exist to help businesses, public sector bodies, charities and the education sector to benefit from working together.

Grant Hayward, our founder and director, created Collaborent by combining his commercial foundation – developed over many years in business – with his more recent experience working in the voluntary sector, and with social enterprises, public sector bodies and educational institutions.

At Collaborent, we’re on a mission to improve the performance of businesses, local community groups, charities and schools by connecting and inspiring them: Creating mutually beneficial collaborations and partnerships where skills and resources are shared and maximised.

Because we understand organisations’ differing needs and specialise in identifying and matching common goals, we can make powerful collaborations possible.
